An email receipt of your shopping request will be sent as soon as you submit the form. A second email to confirm your actual appointment date/time will follow 1-2 business days later. If you cannot find a confirmation e-mail, please call our main line at 303-449-8737 or email customercare@dlartglass.com for assistance. Pre-order tools, supplies, cases of glass or specialty glass (ex: bevels, rondels, 90/96/104 COE rods, ground joints, etc.) for pick-up at the appointment.

Request Date and Time

Request a date and time and up to two Alternative Date/Times, in case your first choice is not available. An email receipt of your shopping request will be sent as soon as you submit the form. A second email to confirm your appointment date/time will follow 1-2 business days later. If you are making a request on a Friday after 3 pm, Saturday or Sunday, the soonest we can accomodate you is Tuesday. Appointment are not available for Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Dates which are grayed out are unavailable or filled. Note, we cannot accommodate same day appointment requests. This request is not a guarantee of the appointment time!

Comments

The fine print:

  • Masks Required - Everyone in the warehouse is required to wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose at all times. If you cannot comply due to a medical condition, please call or place your order online for a curbside pickup. No mask = no service.
  • Credit Card Payment Only – We are unable to accept cash at this time. No exceptions.
  • 6' Distance - When inside the warehouse, maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from D&L staff and other shoppers.
  • Glass Shopping Only – If you need any tools or supplies, let us help you! Make sure you pre-order all tools, supplies, accessory glass, and cases of glass at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Safety First - Close-toed shoes are required while shopping in the warehouse. Bring your own eye protection and gloves if you would like them for glass handling.
  • Cancellations – If you are not able to keep your appointment, please contact us to cancel the reservation and open the spot for another glass lover. See our Cancellation Policy below
  • Time Slots Are Not Flexible - Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your confirmed appointment time. You will not be allowed into the building until your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may forfeit your shopping time, as we are trying to accommodate all customers' needs. Appointments are for up to 2 adults only – please do not bring additional humans including children.

Cancellation Policy – Help us to accommodate all glass artists! If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you must contact D&L at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. To cancel an appointment, please call our main line at 303-449-8737 or email customercare@dlartglass.com with your name, phone number and appointment time. If you fail to cancel your appointment, you will be listed as a no-call no-show. Customers with two no-call no-shows on record will not be permitted to schedule more in-store shopping appointments.
