KOA UV Light Curing Adhesives

KOA UV Light Curing adhesive in 1 oz bottle are available in two formulations: 300 or 100SP. KOA 300 is a Glass to Glass, Glass to Mirror medium viscosity adhesive. KOA 100SP is Glass to Glass, Glass to Metal, Glass to Ceramic & Glass to Plastic, and has a thin,  water- like consistency; excellent for laminating. The thicker 300 formula will fill gaps better than the 100SP. A UV Cure lamp (for example, UV 5A) is required to properly cure either adhesive.

For use when adhering glass to glass, cures invisible under UV source. For best results, clean and dry all glass that is to be glued. Do not use a cleaner containing silicone, as a film will be left. Apply a sufficient amount of KOA to the center of one of the pieces to be bonded. Press gently until the KOA product has spread to cover the entire surface to be bonded, allow KOA product to ooze at the edges. Cure time is determined by the UV source. Shelf life is 10 months if kept in a cool dark place. 1 oz.
